Terms and Conditions

By engaging Ormah Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Service

• We provide consultation services on Chinese universities, academic programs, scholarship policies, and application procedures.
• We assist with the preparation and submission of application materials and provide visa application guidance.

Payment and Fees

• Our service fees are based on the final admission result:
• Self-support: $500 – $750 USD / 3,600 – 5,500 RMB
•  Partial: Free tuition – $1,700 USD / 12,300 RMB
•  Non-degree Program: $350 – $550 USD / 2,500 – 4,000 RMB
• Full (Masters & PhD): Free tuition + free accommodation + stipend – $2,000 USD / 14,500 RMB
• A $500 deposit is required within 3 days of signing this agreement. The deposit covers document guidance, improvement, and other application services. If the application fails, the deposit is  refundable minus $100 USD / 700 RMB.
• The remaining balance is due within 10 days of receiving the official admission result.

Rights and Responsibilities

• We provide accurate and comprehensive information about studying in China and promptly inform you of any policy changes.
• We do not guarantee scholarships due to varying criteria and competition.
• You must provide accurate information and necessary documents on time. Concealing information may result in application failure.
• You must inform us if you apply through other agencies or individuals, as this may affect the application outcome.

Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
